Holiday Greetings – From All of Us to All of You!

‘Tis the season… the annual festive time for presents and parties, for connecting and catching up, for good food with good friends and family. It is also a time for giving and sharing, a time for thinking of others and of those less fortunate, a time to be grateful for all that we have, and a time to reflect on all we have done throughout the year.

As we head into our 30th year in business, BCL Consulting is pleased to continue to provide support to a number of charitable organizations through volunteer and participation initiatives not only at Christmas but throughout the year.

We are proud to continue our service work in the community during the holiday season by participating in the Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Campaign in Calgary, and sponsoring families through the Christmas Bureau Hamper in Edmonton. This year, as an alternative to giving out client appreciation gifts, we have decided to sponsor a family through the Northeast Calgary Adopt-a-Family Society.

Beyond Christmas, our staff is involved with Meals on Wheels in Calgary and Sherwood Park on weekly basis, helping deliver meals to seniors and those unable to make healthy meals for themselves. We also volunteer, as needed, with The Mustard Seed in Edmonton.

BCL Consulting has sponsored staff participating in the CIBC Run for the Cure and the MS Bike Tour, as well making donations to various other charities including the Canadian Cancer Society, the Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Sarcoma Cancer Foundation of Canada.

We believe that giving back to the community is a way of paying it forward, helping our world become a better, kinder, gentler and safer place to be now and throughout the coming year.
